Description
The Thermenradweg (bike path)
For cyclists with a fine sense of enjoyment is this region a tempting territory, and it opens up the legendary wine country in a very comfortable way. On flat paths, the path goes from the outskirts of Vienna through the sun-spoiled region. Always at a glance: the rolling hills on the Southeast edge of the Vienna Woods, an area where the wine thrives exceptionally well.
The thermal springs region is a very exquisite new area for wine. The route is promising and yet pleasantly flat: one remains in the Valley, but always has a look at the gentle hills on the edge of the Wienerwald (forest). Finally, the route continues through the Pittental (valley) and climbs into past the styrian borders where it disappears. The varied experience can be designed very individually with the option of comfortable rail connection.
