The roles in the country inn "Zum Blumentritt" are clearly distributed. Chef Ulli Hollerer-Reichl is responsible for the award-winning, modern and regional cuisine. Sister Christa Hollerer has dedicated herself to hospitality and skillfully guides guests through the extensive wine list. Even with over 350 positions in the wine cellar, she never loses track. Since 1997, the sibling duo in St. Aegyd am Neuwalde has proudly presented the values of Lower Austrian inn culture. The predominantly regional and seasonal menu inspires with refreshing ingenuity. Specialties are served from goose liver Blunz'n over marinated calf's head up to Topfen dumplings on Holler cook. The Grammelknödel on Kernölkraut are considered a specialty of the house.

Two sisters, one inn

In addition to the focus on Austrian cuisine, the country inn "Zum Blumentritt" likes to venture one or two detours into international terrain. Skilfully reinterpreted dishes meet the taste of the guests. Simple or daring creations - one constant is recognizable: cooking is done exclusively with high-quality meat and vegetable products. You should definitely try the homemade apricot jam or the nut schnapps. The ambience is homely, befitting a country inn. The furnishings of the guest room convey a sense of coziness. Guest rooms, sauna and e-bike charging station round off the hospitable pampering offer.
