City cinema Horn

The cinema in Horn has been in operation for over 90 years and is now in its third generation. Five days a week, cinema lovers are treated to cinematic delights in an almost historical ambience. The two cinemas, with a flair from the 1950s and 1980s, are equipped with the latest digital technology and can seat 239 guests.

The audience is offered a varied selection of current films, selected film art and high-quality documentaries.

The focus is on award-winning Austrian and European productions. The spectrum ranges from intelligent comedies with depth, extraordinary biographies, touching dramas, visually stunning documentaries, films in the original English version to high-quality children's films.

Many interesting encounters took place in the rooms of the old city cinema. World-famous athletes and musicians as well as directors, actors, film producers, federal presidents and chancellors were offered a stage.

Reservations can be made by telephone or online up to 60 minutes before the performance begins.

Arrival/Parking

The cinema is located directly in the center of the district capital Horn. Free parking is available in the immediate vicinity. The short-term parking zone (120 minutes with parking meter) is valid from Monday to Friday until 18:00.
