Weingut Tagwerker

The Tagwerker winery is located in the north-easternmost part of the Weinviertel, in the "crazy" village of Herrnbaumgarten. Surrounded by the best vineyards such as Ried Johannesbergen, Altenbergen and Hödeln, the estate's vineyards cover 28 hectares. The estate's wines reflect the winemaker's honesty and down-to-earth attitude. They are dry, fruity and fresh, leaving you wanting more after one glass. The red wines are specially designed for summer, mature in steel tanks and are also a pleasure to drink cold. In addition to the classic Grüne Veltliner, the wine cellar offers a variety of other grape varieties such as Muskateller, Gemischter Satz, Welschriesling, Chardonnay, Riesling, St. Laurent, Cabernet Sauvignon and Zweigelt. A light rosé is perfect for cozy evenings on the terrace, while the sparkling wine 'Tagträumer' with added carbonic acid is perfect for a wide variety of occasions.
