ca. 31 Kilometer (96% Asphalt, mittlere Steigungen): Führt zu 2/3 in Tschechien auf der wenig befahrenen Landstraße 409 gemeinsam mit dem Radweg 48 und dem Radweg 26. Die Stadt Slavonice und der jüdische Friedhof in Písečné sind besonders sehenswert.
