Wonderful landscape initially frames the route on recycled material with gravel into the tranquil Tü rnitz and later past places of power up to the entrance to the Falkenschlucht.
Description
From the start in Freiland (near the industrial and field railway museum) the route follows the railway bike path along the most beautiful railway bike path in Europe (Greenway Award) and through 3 tunnels on recycled material with gravel to Tü rnitz. Through Tü rnitz along the Traisen, past the natural swimming pool (partly asphalt, partly gravel) and to the lightly trafficked state roads L5213 (turnoff to the summer toboggan run Eibljet and the virtual toboggan run Dark Mars – reachable in 5 min) and L5214. Continuing first on asphalt and at Hauptretzhof the gravel road begins, past the Iron Gate, a place of power, and the Marian grotto up to the destination at the entrance to the Falkenschlucht (place of power).
