Safety information

Make sure the chosen route matches your experience and fitness level. Check the weather forecast beforehand.

Running tips:
Start slowly to gradually activate your circulation. After about 10 minutes, take a short break with stretching exercises. Vary the pace to increase performance gains. Avoid overload, especially on steep sections; rather walk if your basic fitness is lacking. Observe warm-up and cool-down phases. Let the run wind down and avoid stretching too intensively afterwards!
