Since 2023, three completely newly built vacation apartments have been available in Spitz in the heart of the Wachau, one 3-room apartment and two 2-room apartments. All apartments are modern and functionally furnished, with a fully equipped kitchenette with crockery, bathroom with shower, flat-screen TV, underfloor heating and free Wi-Fi. Parking spaces are available in front of the house. Due to the central location, the stores in the center are easily accessible in the immediate vicinity, in 50m distance there is a local supermarket as well as the Cafe Bruckner as a very good breakfast opportunity. The ferry and the boat landing stages are diagonally opposite.

Homemade apricot products such as apricot schnapps, apricot jam, nectar, chutney or liqueur are available to buy directly on site or in the online store. Boat trips on the Danube can also be booked directly on site. The Wachau shows its most beautiful side from the water - perfect for enjoyable discovery trips.
