Brief description

Route culture on this beautiful round between historic abbey and Traisental vineyards. 

Description

Herzogenburg combines town and village. Leave railway and expressway behind, immerse yourself in the rural area. You’ll climb gentle hills, explore the old vine nursery and pass vineyards and the abbey winery. Accompanied by the view of the abbey, you reach the Traisental cycle path and back to the starting point. By then you have definitely earned a good glass of wine or grape juice.

ÖBB passenger transport from/to Herzogenburg station, from there about 1 km to the route
