Brief description

Description

Kirchberg am Wagram is a market town in the Tulln district, located north of the Danube on the distinctive ridge of the Wagram and known among other things for its winegrowing. Some of the best vineyards in the region are located in the municipality area.

This may be due to the distinctive location on the ridge of the Wagram or the institutions and businesses that have their headquarters here. The regional center and the district wine tavern "Weritas" for example have their seat in Kirchberg.

Another special feature is the Alchemistenpark with its extraordinary fruit trees and bushes.
