Route description Klauskapelle hiking route no. 36
The hiking route passes by Dornröschenpark via a field path and along the road to Klein Reinprechts. From here, you reach the Klauskapelle via a meadow and forest path, one of the places of the Kraftarena Groß Gerungs. This chapel, originally built as a bathhouse, has a bell that, according to legend, grants wishes. Along a romantic forest brook and several imposing stone formations, the path leads to the former Wackelstein and then continues along the road to Harruck. Here you turn right onto a field and forest path and hike back to Groß Gerungs via Klein Reinprechts.
