Longer route along the "Mühlbacher Straßl" past the Hypolzmühle. A moderate climb leads over Frauendorf and along the Zwettl river back to the starting point.

Route description Mill path, Red 1 - Xundwärts-Route Groß Gerungs

The route leads from the Cardiovascular Center Groß Gerungs through the Xundwärts-Parcours (Motorikpark®) to Hypolz. In the village of Hypolz, turn right onto the street heading towards Freitzenschlag. Past the Weißmühle and at the Neumühle turn right onto the sand path to Frauendorf. In Frauendorf, more to the right to the forest path along the Zwettl stream. Two short steeper climbs lead back to the Cardiovascular Center Groß Gerungs.
