Description
The route leads to the most beautiful viewpoints on the railway hiking trail towards Breitenstein up to the Fleischmann viaduct, where you can admire the impressive structures of the UNESCO World Heritage Semmering Railway. Magical views can be enjoyed from the imposing Doppelreiteraussichtswarte and the viewpoint 20-Schillingblick. The return route to Semmering goes past the golf course by impressive Semmering villas and the Hochstraßenmuseum, where display cases along the Hochstraße give an impression of Semmering's history.

Route description Semmering Zauberblicke Way
Starting from the Semmering Passhöhe, the path first leads us past Semmering train station and continues along the Lower Austria railway hiking trail to the viewpoints Doppelreiteraussichtswarte and 20-Schilling Blick. We go downhill to the Fleischmann viaduct. After the Fleischmann bridge, the Zauberblicke path splits from the railway hiking trail and now takes us into the Rotgraben and over the golf course to the Hochstraße. We pass old villas, the parish church of the Holy Family, and the Hotel Panhans back to the starting point Semmering Passhöhe.
Directions
From Vienna take the A2 South Motorway onto the S6 Semmering Expressway and take the Maria Schutz exit. Turn right onto L4168. Continue on Semmering/L4168 and Semmeringstraße. Turn right onto Bahnhofstraße.
From Graz take the S6 Semmering Expressway and take the Spital/Semmering exit. Turn left onto Semmering Ersatz Str./B306. Continue on B306.

Parking is available at Semmering Passhöhe.
Travel by train to Semmering train station.
