On the 20 km long route, you get to know the many facets of the Lower Traisen Valley with its long cultural history. 

Description

On this route, you get to know the many facets of the Traisental wine region with its long cultural history. Starting from Herzogenburg, you head into the hilly landscape. Behind Walpersdorf Castle, the route continues through fields, vineyards, and past forests. With the Theyerner Höhe and the Parapluiberg, the highest points of the route, two wonderful viewpoints await you. You return looking forward to a stop and with the realization that the winemakers in the Traisental wine region have been crafting the best wine with great dedication for centuries.
