Location & surroundings

Our hotel is located in the idyllic village of Breitenstein (Lower Austria) (Hauptstraße 69, 2673 Breitenstein am Semmering), nestled between mountains, meadows and forests, just a few minutes from the Südbahn - perfectly accessible and yet secluded enough for peace and relaxation.

Rooms & comfort

102 comfortable single rooms, equipped with shower/WC, flatscreen TV and desk. Many rooms have a balcony with a view of the surrounding nature. If required, a hairdryer can be borrowed from reception. The rooms are suitable for single travelers as well as for guests traveling with friends.

Seminars, events & group travel

The Dependance is ideal for seminars, workshops, conferences and celebrations: with nine seminar rooms (from approx. 35 m² to 250 m²), we offer space for small teams, but also for larger groups and events.
All rooms are air-conditioned, modernly equipped (e.g. click & share technology, presentation monitors) and can be flexibly combined.
Our team will personally take care of your event - from the technology to the support. WLAN can be used in the public areas and seminar rooms.

We offer special conditions for larger groups (e.g. 21 adults or more), so that group trips can also be made particularly attractive.
