The Fischertraum pond farm in Nexing is home to the largest contiguous pond complex in the Weinviertel with a water surface area of 24 hectares. It offers both sports enthusiasts and those who like to go fishing occasionally the opportunity to catch a variety of fish species, from amur to zander. Day and night tickets as well as weekly and annual tickets are available at the "Oase am Teich" inn. The facility is fed by an artesian spring with excellent water quality and is home to 14 ponds. Large carp, pike, catfish, amur, zander and tench can be found in the sport fishing ponds. The Fischertraum pond in Nexing is a popular fishing water in Lower Austria and offers an incomparable fishing experience. Guests can enjoy delicious fish dishes right by the water in the "Oase am Teich" inn. The pond restaurant is also an ideal venue for events and company celebrations.
