Heimatmuseum Heidenreichstein

The town's museum of local history has set itself the task of documenting Heidenreichstein's many centuries of history, keeping the life of past times present and preserving the cultural heritage of the town and its people.

In the Ingeborg Bachmann Room, the life of the author is commented on, insights into her works are provided and the connection that Ingeborg Bachmann had to Heidenreichstein is made clear.

In September 2000, the park in Litschauer Straße in Heidenreichstein was dedicated to Ingeborg Bachmann.
