Sonja Schauer's passion is herbs and wild fruit. She has been interested in their active ingredients, their aromas and their possible uses for many years. What our grandmothers still took for granted has been forgotten in many places today. Sonja Schauer wants to counteract this and revive this knowledge and share it with other interested people. This is why she organizes herb hikes or seasonal workshops in which participants can process flowers, spruce tips or elderberries. But you can also try out old crafts such as willow weaving with her. Herbs also play the main role in her garden, of course, as they are harvested for her homemade products.
