Description
The Ökokreis is a non-profit association in Ottenstein. For people aged 18 and over who are interested in nature, it offers training as a garden and green space designer with an additional module in landscape conservation.
In addition, the Ökokreis creates work and training places in nature-related areas as part of employment projects.
The show garden also functions as a practice garden.
18 nature-oriented gardens, each 20 m² in size, are planned and created each year by the course participants.
Numerous other themed gardens with natural garden design, such as the rose garden and the phenological garden, invite visitors to linger, recharge their batteries and find inspiration.
The finest organically grown herbs and fruit products are produced in-house. These can be purchased in the farm store.
