Sallingberg parish center - a meeting place
In 2003, the parish council set itself the goal of building a parish center.
The idea arose from the need to create a center where both parish http://pfarre.kirche.at/sallingberg/content/startseite
and other events could be held.

The central location of the former farm building of the vicarage and the still intact building fabric were the reasons for the realization. This means that approx. 180 m2 of rooms (including chairs and tables) are available. In addition to the two function rooms, there is a small kitchen, sanitary facilities, a large anteroom and a disabled-accessible entrance.
In addition, the adapted barn (Stadl) is available, which can also be used for cultural events with approx. 170 seats and a stage equipped with lighting and sound technology. See also Kulturstadl : http://www.wosdawoe.at/
There is a public library in the vicarage, which is open on Wednesdays from 16:30-18:00!

The cellar has been converted into a wine cellar.
People meet and communicate in the parish center: be it at lectures, lectures, various coffees and meals, Advent markets or collection campaigns .... The parish council and the Catholic Education Center are very active, as shown by the various events, which are very well attended.

These rooms can also be rented for children's events, vernissages, birthdays, parties or weddings. Whether school, kindergarten, club or private individuals, ....

The Stadl has become the Kulturstadl: where the cultural association WOSDAWÖ offers many great programs and is always fully booked.
