Pfarrkirche Totzenbach
Church
Description
The high Gothic, three-aisled parish church in Totzenbach dates back to the 14th century and is dedicated to all the saints. It was badly damaged during the Turkish invasion in 1683. The high altar, Marian altar (with a black Madonna) and pulpit are Baroque. Noteworthy are a relief of the Mount of Olives and the 14 Holy Helpers from the 16th century in the vestibule of the church. A major exterior renovation took place in 1974 and the interior was renovated in 1982, when the floor and pews were renewed. The existing organ was completely renovated in 1994.
