4Finnish saunas (each sauna chamber for approx. 20 people)
The Finnish sauna is one of the most traditional forms of sweating. The room temperature ranges between 80 and 95 degrees with a relatively low humidity of 6 - 15%. Infusions with menthol or eucalyptus have a beneficial effect on the respiratory tract in this heat.

1Herbal/biosauna (for approx. 20 people)
The herbal or bio sauna is the gentler version of the Finnish sauna. The room temperature is only between 40 and 60 degrees. Sweating and cooling down are carried out alternately.

1Steam bath (for approx. 6 people) - newly adapted!
The steam bath is characterized by moist heat with 100% humidity and a pleasant temperature of 42 to 48 degrees.

1 brine grotto (for approx. 6 people) - newly adapted!
The brine grotto is characterized by moist heat with 100% humidity and a pleasant temperature of 42 to 48 degrees, brine is also added.

1 Infrared cabin (for approx. 8 people)
Infrared heat cabins are an alternative to saunas. They do not heat the body with hot circulating air but with radiant heat generated by infrared radiators.

1 whirlpool (for approx. 4 people)
At water temperatures of a comfortable 34 to 36 degrees, air is blown into the whirlpool via nozzles, which causes a gentle, extensive body massage.

To relax between sauna sessions, depending on your mood, there are either self-contained rest and relaxation rooms or a communal lounge - for a 'sauna break'. An idyllic sauna garden is available for relaxing in the open air or for a seamless tan.
