"No distance is too far for good pasta" is what many people may have thought when they visited the Zimmermann family in the tiny village of Walterschlag, not far from Weitra. With unusual flavors and consistently high quality, the pasta is now well known beyond the borders of the country. Production and sales in Walterschlag are somewhat remote, but the route is well signposted and it's worth the drive. In our "Nudelstube", you might forget that pasta is usually served as a side dish. Some varieties are so sophisticated that they can be eaten on their own.

Pasta fans can choose from eighty varieties, around half of which are organic. Your mouth is watering as soon as you start shopping. Potato noodles as well as poppy seed noodles or pumpkin pasta are typical products from our region and there are no limits to creativity - whatever tastes good goes into the pasta dough! Meal time!
