The forest does you good
Most of us know the feeling: under the protective canopy of leaves, we can breathe deeply, take in the pure air and draw new strength and energy: "Shinrin Yoku", roughly translated as "forest bathing", is the name given to this health concept in Japan, where it has been practised for many years. This intuitive knowledge has now been confirmed by scientific findings: The forest not only has a positive effect on our soul but also on our health.
Fountain of youth
In the forest, we not only absorb numerous substances that strengthen our immune system, the world of trees also helps us to relax:
- The stress hormone cortisol is lowered
- Positive effect on pulse and blood pressure
- Increased quality of sleep

"Move your mind!" - new momentum for body and mind
A lively exercise session in nature awaits you, full of coordinative exercises that not only challenge the body but also the mind!
Brain jogging
The brain is presented with new challenges when it comes to performing new forms of movement: The individual areas of the brain are activated and networked through various stimuli. This results in increased blood flow and increased brain activity. Above all, however, the exercises are fun and laughter is known to be particularly healthy!
Fill up on fresh air
Take a deep breath between exercises and get moving: Brisk walking sequences serve to loosen up, train stamina and exchange ideas with other course participants. Participation is possible with or without Nordic walking poles, depending on personal preference.
