Our house is located at the gateway to the Wachau- in Lower Austria. Located one hour from Vienna and 25 minutes from St.Pölten. The perfect starting point for many excursions to the surrounding castles and culture Institute and also for a lot of sporting activities. Outside the door are the forest, a bike way, and the Danube wetlands. The nearest swimming beach is only a few steps away.(5 minutes) The Danube port Emmersdorf, starting point for many excursions by boat is only 2 towns away. The house has 3 guest units and can accommodate up to 8 travelers. The rental property is a 300 year old farmhouse accommodation inside stylishly renovated and furnished with love. Well-behaved dogs are welcome guests. Ideal for families, people with dogs, hikers and cyclists or to have a romantic time.
