The quietly located vacation apartment (with its own entrance) is adjacent to the Böhm family home. A few steps take you through the garden with terrace to the covered entrance. You enter the vestibule, with the WC to the left and the large storage room opposite. In the spacious living room/bedroom you will find the kitchenette with dining area on the right, a comfortable couch in the middle and then the large double bed. Adjacent is the comfortable bathroom (with washing machine) and a view of the garden.

A few steps away from the apartment, you can indulge in the culinary delights of the well-known "Gasthaus Erwin Schwarz" (3 toques). The proximity to the Wachau (8 km Weißenkirchen) and the Waldviertel with all leisure, nature and cultural opportunities round off the offer.
