The apartment "Blick über Krems" offers a quiet location with an unobstructed panoramic view over the town of Krems and the surrounding countryside. It is situated in an elevated position on the outskirts of the town and is oriented so that on fine days you can enjoy the sun from morning to evening.

The approximately 50 m² south-facing apartment comprises a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a pull-out sofa for two people, a compact kitchen, a bathroom and a small anteroom. The furnishings are designed for comfort and functionality.

The furnished terrace offers a wide view over Krems; a dining table with six chairs invites you to dine al fresco. A charcoal barbecue and a fire basket are available for outdoor use, while a radiant heater provides pleasant warmth in the cooler months of the year.

The entrance hall has a coat rack and closet, while the bedroom has a chest of drawers, a small table, mirror and bedside cabinet. Dimmable LED lighting provides flexible lighting. The living room has a 38-inch TV, a dining table for four people and a pull-out triple sofa bed as additional sleeping accommodation. To the south of the terrace is a small, fenced-in garden, which is shared with the residents of the second apartment on the same floor and is also suitable for children.

The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, dishwasher, large sink, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, egg boiler and toaster. Crockery, cutlery, tea towels, washing-up liquid and dishwasher tablets are provided. A crib and high chair are available on request. For longer stays, a washing machine and dryer can be used in the cellar. WLAN is available free of charge.

The apartment is ideal for two to four people who appreciate a stay in a quiet location with a wide view and at the same time good connections to the city center of Krems.
