Im Herzen von Reichenau an der Rax befindet sich das Landhaus Blauer Spatz, im klassischen Villenstil des 19. Jahrhunderts errichtet. Das Gebäude wurde 2015 aufwändig grundsaniert und bietet nun 7 top-renovierte Ferienwohnungen zwischen 20 und 100 m², für 1 - 6 Personen. Dazu ein kleiner, aber wunderschöner Garten mit Obstbäumen, Beerensträuchern, einem 30 m² Holzdeck, einer gemütlichen Außensauna für bis zu 4 Personen sowie einer Kaltwasser-Außendusche. Ein Schi- bzw. Fahrradkeller steht ebenfalls zur Verfügung.

Ein gemütlich-gediegener Landhausstil zieht sich durch alle Apartments, mit Möbeln aus 3 Jahrhunderten. Alle Apartments sind nicht nur teppichbodenfrei, man bewegt sich überwiegend auf 120 Jahre alten Dielen. Dazu alle komfortablen Errungenschaften von heute: gemütliche Badewannen für Zwei (nicht in allen Apartments), Fußbodenheizung im Bad, durchgehend gratis WLAN, Ultraflachbildschirme mit SAT Anschluss (viele davon digital und damit streaming-fähig), DVD Player und eine Auswahl an DVDs etc. Pelletöfen in jeder Wohnung sorgen für gemütliche Wärme und Feuerschein auf Knopfdruck, auch wenn es jenseits des Winters einmal etwas kühler wird.
