Alpengasthof Kalte Kuchl

The Alpengasthof is located in the middle of the countryside near Rohr im Gebirge. There has been a rest stop here since the 11th century. In the past, passing lumberjacks and merchants were catered for, but today the Rieder family is the fourth generation to run the inn. Since then, the property has grown continuously. There is a large restaurant and a large garden to choose from. You should definitely try the giant potato strudel.

There are two bathing ponds on the estate for summer swimming fun. There is also a pilgrimage chapel on the grounds. The rooms are functionally furnished. They are located in the inn and in the Villa Maria next door. The hayloft, where you can also spend the night, is an original feature.
