The luxurious apartment hotel is located in the middle of the beautiful natural and mountain landscape of the Mariazellerland. The house combines the genuine and authentic originality of this unique landscape with the exclusive furnishings of the apartments. This ambience makes every visit a special experience. You experience the power of tranquility in the midst of beautiful nature and feel it with every view that you can enjoy from the apartments.
There are four comfortably furnished apartments available. The three large apartments for 1 - 5 people are 100m2 in size. Each luxury apartment has 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, shower, toilet, living room with heated bench, fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, desk, telephone, WiFi, wine cellar with minibar, safe, smart TV and balcony with a view of the mountain world of Mitterbach. Each of the large luxury apartments has a private spa area that can be booked for the entire period of your stay. The wellness area includes a Finnish sauna including infrared light and light bar, bathtub, relaxation area and private terrace.
In addition, the aparthotel has its own wine cellar, in which each of the large apartments has its own wine fridge. The garden apartment on the ground floor for 1-3 people is 50m2 and is divided as follows: living/bedroom with a comfortable seating area, fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, separate bedroom with a modern double bed, spacious bathroom, shower, toilet, WiFi, smart TV. The highlight is access to the spacious garden with a magnificent view of the mountains.
In the high season there is the possibility to have a breakfast basket delivered directly to the apartment or to enjoy a rich breakfast buffet in the hotel (only 1 minute drive away) for a surcharge. Upon arrival, guests will find a fruit basket and a bottle of Prosecco in the apartment. All apartments are run as non-smoking apartments. Smoking is of course permitted on the terrace and on the balcony. The house offers you sufficient parking spaces and a room with a ski and hiking boot dryer.
The R&R residences also include the Hotel Mitterbach (Schwurwiesenweg 1), with a total of 28 rooms, and the holiday apartments (Seestraße 11), with a total of two comfortable apartments right on the village square of Mitterbach.
