The Markl farm-gate shop is a true paradise for gourmets and lovers of traditional meat products.
It offers a wide range of products from its own farm, including smoked meat, pressed sausage, Blunzn, garlic sausage, pepper, garlic and paprika bacon. Liver spread, roast spread and much more are also available. Particularly noteworthy is the cold-smoked and air-dried smoked meat, which is produced using traditional methods.
