Biohof Echt Etlinger

The square farm is located in the municipality of Wolfpassing, surrounded by fields where mainly soy, wheat, oats, barley and maize are harvested. In addition to arable farming, the organic wild chickens are important elements of the farm's circular economy. The chickens are reared in small groups and move a little further along the pasture every week. This allows the chickens to follow their natural instincts and the chicken droppings also serve as natural fertilizer in the fields. All process steps, from rearing and slaughtering to distribution, are carried out directly on site. Etlinger's Weidhendl is available seasonally from May to October from the farm. Domestic sweet potatoes are also available from October.
