Description

The family business is now in its second generation and is based in Stephanshart in the municipality of Ardagger. The parents of the current manager started producing ice cream in 2005 and built their own premises for this purpose. Markus Gebetsberger took over the business in 2021.

Only the best ingredients are used for production - fresh cow's milk and predominantly regional fruit, without any artificial additives or colorings.
The range includes over 30 different varieties, available in 100 ml cups, ½-liter and 1-liter packs for farm-gate sales and various farm stores as well as in 2.5 and 5-liter packs for the catering trade. As a special surprise for birthday parties and other celebrations, the company also offers an ice cream bundt cake.
The varieties are divided into sorbets, yoghurt ice cream and cream ice cream.

The company won a gold medal in the "Golden Stanitzel " competition in 2025 with its cookie ice cream and yoghurt raspberry ice cream.
