BIO-Weingut Valentin Oppenauer

The Valentin Oppenauer organic winery is a small family business in the north-eastern Weinviertel in the wine town of Poysdorf. Natural production is particularly close to the winery's heart, which is why the decision was made a few years ago to switch to organic viticulture. Under the motto "Quality is created in the vineyard and not in the cellar!", all wines are fermented spontaneously, which is only possible with healthy grapes. Careful work in the vineyard is therefore of particular importance. The wines are very digestible and are characterized by their own character due to the spontaneous fermentation, which distinguishes them from others. The wines can be purchased directly from the farm, from the wine vending machine in Großkrut or via the website. A visit is particularly worthwhile during events, but a personal tasting can also be arranged. In addition, the large cellar parlor in the Gstetten is available for seminars, private parties and celebrations.
