Description

The versatile Stieger organic farm is situated in an idyllic location on the edge of the Waldviertel high plateau. It has been farmed by the family since 1850. Since 1992, the focus has been on organic direct marketing - with unique wholemeal rye bread with sourdough from the wood-fired oven as the main product. Furthermore, the endangered livestock breed Waldviertler Blondvieh is bred. In addition to sustainable meat production, the focus is also on liqueurs and brandies.
