Our small distillery has been producing distillates of the highest quality since 1999.

The Abfindungsbrennerei has been producing top-quality brandies and liqueurs for 20 years. In addition to traditional products such as pear, plum and Ringlotte, in recent years the focus has shifted to processing the "Original Wachau apricot" as well as grapes, marc and wine. We are particularly fond of the "tasty" varieties Gelber Muskateller, Traminer and Sauvignon Blanc. But the Krems Valley ("Kremstal" in German)'s flagship variety, Grüne Veltliner, is also a must. We rely on our long-standing collaboration with the Thiery-Weber family of winegrowers from Rohrendorf, as well as other winegrower friends such as Urban T. Stagard and Tom Dockner.

The meticulous work from the orchard to the distillation of the fruit has brought successes such as variety winners, regional winners and numerous medals in various categories. The "CK-Schnapsdepot" is an attractive sales and tasting venue that opens its doors several times a year and by appointment.
