The family farm with the house name "die Brandstatt" has been in the family for four generations. For almost 25 years, the 29 hectares of pastures and forests have been farmed purely organically and are home to highland cattle.
What does craft beef mean?
The cattle are reared traditionally and in a way that conserves resources, and the slaughtering is stress-free after short transportation. The taste of the meat is delicate and characterized by an excellent bite. We offer the best beef, ecologically sustainable, traditional, fair and gentle on the animal.
