Edingerhof Dietmanns

Our typically small-scale farm has been run successfully for generations as a mixed farm with cattle, forestry, meadows and fields as well as the cultivation and sale of potatoes. The sandy soils are ideal for the excellent taste of the "Erpfi", as we call them.

Our products are the Erdäpfi varieties:
Ditta (waxy) and Akria (floury)
