Weingut Wolf cultivates around 5 hectares of vineyards around Langenlois and Mollands and attaches great importance to organic farming methods. In 2020, the winery switched to organic farming, completely dispensing with herbicides, insecticides and artificial fertilizers to ensure a functioning ecosystem.
