Description

Klaus Gutmann, who is a passionate patissier, and his wife Alice Gutmann conjure up creative desserts and a selection of homemade ice creams and sorbets. They also lovingly continue the tradition of preserving a wide variety of fruit that Ilse Gutmann started. There is always a well-stocked jam cupboard where you can choose your favorite chutneys, juices, jams, liqueurs and even chocolates from our own chocolate workshop to take home with you.
