Description
Harald and Daniela have taken over their parents' dairy farm and converted it into an organic mushroom farm with a lot of love, commitment and help. The organic oyster mushrooms are grown by the couple on straw, and the mushrooms are monitored from substrate production to harvesting and packaging.
