To describe it in more detail, it is a bakery that specializes in sourdough, where customers can follow the production live and at the same time have the opportunity to help themselves. In addition to the sale of baked goods, valuable craft knowledge about sourdough is also imparted.
On the remaining days of the week, the place is transformed into a creative workshop space for those interested in sourdough and also serves as a meeting place for members of Slow Food Kamp Valley ("Kamptal" in German).
The free-range baker - Kerstin Rytther - produces live at Holzplatz 2. first sourdough baked goods in the morning from 8 a.m. until sold out.
