Kröllendorf station is located in the village of the same name in the Lower Austrian district of Amstetten. In addition to loudspeaker announcements and public toilet facilities on site, the glazed waiting booths also ensure a comfortable stay at the station. Enchanting views
The panoramic tour on the Panoramahöhenweg and the tour around the mountain church of St. Veit also lead through Kröllendorf. Visitors are rewarded with numerous vantage points and wonderful views of the Mostviertel region on the approximately one-hour car/motorcycle tour.
Those who prefer to explore the romantic Mostviertel region on foot can follow the family-friendly Schneerosenweg trail. The circular hiking trail starts from Kematen, but can of course be encountered at any time along the route. The family-friendly trail covers a distance of less than 10 kilometers, passing six stations and is full of wine taverns and inns that are happy to spoil their guests with culinary delicacies from the region.
