Description
Our natural wine-growing business has been family-owned since 1610 and in Hohenruppersdorf since 1828. We cultivate our vineyards sustainably, which is why we voluntarily refrain from using soil herbicides and sow species-rich greening mixtures between the vines.
We deliberately reduce the harvest quantity by breaking off shoots and grapes, because quality grows in the vineyard - not in the cellar. In autumn, the best quality is achieved through the optimal time of the grape harvest and selective hand-picking. The grapes are gently transported and processed. In the cellar, only the most necessary steps are taken to allow the wine to mature in peace.
With the experience of Michael & Rosemarie and the innovative ideas of Markus, wines of the highest quality and in various stages of development are produced.
