Recreation, relaxation & adventure

The leisure facility in Halbach is just a 20-minute walk from Rainfeld-Kleinzell station. A little further south is a climbing and archery park, where adventures await all ages.

The history

During the construction of the originally planned route of the Leobersdorf Railway, little importance was attached to the benefits of passenger transportation. The focus was on the freight traffic handled via the railroad line and the corresponding economic development that was to accompany it. Even though passenger transport on the line has ended in Hainfeld since 2001, the surrounding area has lost none of its charm and invites you to make the journey in the Lower Austrian foothills of the Alps an experience.
