Raxbauer

The Erlach family's organic mountain farm is located in the middle of the Rax region at around 700 m above sea level. It has been farmed since 1993 and is run according to the guidelines of organic farming. A herd of suckler cows and bulls, a flock of laying hens, turkeys and rabbits live on the farm, from where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Schneeberg and Rax mountains. There are also Haflinger horses and farm cats.

The Erlach family's products include organic beef, which is available once a month. Organic turkey meat is available once a week and organic rabbits are only available occasionally. Organic eggs are available for collection by arrangement.

As the Raxbauer attaches great importance to freshness, meat products are only available from the farm if ordered in advance. Goods can be collected from the farm on Friday and Saturday from 8-11:30 am and from 1-6 pm by prior arrangement.
