Respiz-Hof Kölbl

The traditional Respiz-Hof Kölbl, a winery that has been based in Röschitz since 1660, successfully cultivates its vineyards in keeping with the old wine-growing tradition of the village. The next generation, represented by Johannes, Michael and Christina, proudly carry on the legacy of their ancestors. Johannes and Michael, both graduates of the Krems School of Viticulture, make a significant contribution to the further development of the winery. The 14 hectares of vineyards at Respiz-Hof Kölbl extend around Röschitz at the foothills of the Manhartsberg. Varietal and multi-faceted white and red wines thrive on weathered granite massifs and fertile drifting sand deposits. The region's continental climate has a decisive influence on the quality of the wines. The grapes ripen very slowly in this climate and thus develop their intense fruity aroma, which makes the wines of Respiz-Hof Kölbl unmistakable.

The Radlerrast is located in the cozy Winzerhof. A selection of cool drinks and small snacks are offered here for refreshment. There is also the opportunity to taste a variety of wines. Toilets and fresh drinking water are available for the comfort of visitors.
