Schütz Karl

We cultivate 6.5 hectares in the heart of the Wachau. In addition to the traditional Wachau varieties such as Grüne Veltliner, Riesling and Gelber Muskateller, we also produce modern wines such as the aromatic Sauvignon Blanc and fruity red wines. We also pay special attention to the representative of the old Austrian varieties, the Frühroter Veltliner.

We are, of course, a member of the Vinea Wachau association and as such have committed ourselves to the strict quality guidelines of the Codex Wachau. Our grapes are harvested exclusively by hand and fermented naturally without the addition of extra sugar. We offer typical Wachau wines from the sparkling fresh Steinfeder to the classic Federspiel and various Smaragd wines.
