Schwoga - Weingut Schweighofer

The Schweighofer winery, affectionately known as 'Schwoga', is a tradition-conscious family business whose roots go back to 1790. Since 2017, the winery has been run by Hannes Schweighofer, who, despite his youth, impresses with his great expertise and passion for viticulture. The winery produces an impressive range of Weinviertel varieties, from the region's typical Grüne Veltliner to Muskateller, Chardonnay and Zweigelt. These wines have already won several awards, underlining their high quality and unique taste. Traditional manual work and hand-picking in the vineyard are the basis for this outstanding quality. A special highlight is the 800-year-old wine cellar in which the fine wines are produced. A visit to the Schweighofer winery guarantees a treat for the senses.
