St. Johann-Weistrach railway station

The open station St. Johann-Weistrach is located in the western part of the Mostviertel region and belongs to the municipality of St. Peter in der Au. The St. Johann-Weistrach stop is located along the "Alte Westbahnstrecke", from here the line is four-lane again.

Route

After the St. Johann-Weistrach station, the track system of the Westbahn splits and the "Neue Westbahn" enters the Siebergtunnel in a northerly direction, while the "Alte Westbahnstrecke" initially heads for Stadt Haag station. The tracks then run parallel to each other again as far as St. Valentin.
